EasyPath wasn't built in an office. It was built screen by screen with Lizabeth Tovalin, who runs Grace Refuge Recovery in Riverside, California.
EasyPath started with one operator in Riverside, California, running real sober living homes on software that fought her the whole way. Payments that only worked on the website. Photo uploads that failed on the phone. Notifications that said something happened but never said what.
So we built the tool she actually needed, feature by feature, inside her houses. She was the first user of every screen, and she is still the first to say when something is off. That's the entire origin story: no pitch deck, just a working house and a long list of things software kept getting wrong.
