The basics
Yes. The whole product, a full month, no card and nothing to cancel. If it's not for you, you stop using it and that's the end of it.
It really is. One flat price covers every house, every bed, every resident, and every staff member. Your third house costs the same as your first: nothing extra. No setup fees, no add-ons, no surprises.
It's a built-in helper you can just talk to. Type or say what happened, like record 850 cash from Marcus, or ask who's behind on rent, and it does the entry or pulls the answer straight from your own records. It runs entirely inside your account on plain rules and your data. Nothing is ever sent to an outside AI service.
Switching & devices
An afternoon, usually. You paste your residents, rates, and balances straight from a spreadsheet and they're in, no special format needed. It's built to be self-serve, and if you get stuck, support is one email away.
No. The resident side is a light web page that runs on the oldest, most cracked Android in the house. And staff can do anything on a resident's behalf, so a resident with no phone at all is never a problem.
EasyPath works everywhere without a store. Open the site on your phone or computer, sign in, and use Add to Home Screen or Install. You get an EasyPath icon that opens straight to your dashboard. A native App Store version is on the way.
Trust & your data
You decide, and the software enforces it. Managers get exactly the permissions you grant. Residents never see what your house charges. Nothing reaches family or a probation officer without a signed release on file.
It leaves with you. Residents, payments, and charges export to CSV any time, no questions asked, no retention games. We keep customers by being useful, not by locking the door.
