EasyPath (easypathrecovery.com) is management software for sober living home operators. This page explains what information the service handles and how. It is written in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Your business's operational data: the houses, residents, payments, tests, documents, and messages that you and your staff enter while running your homes.
- Basic technical records: ordinary server logs used to keep the service secure and working.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your data for marketing, and the only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in. Nothing you enter is sent to any outside AI service.
Resident information belongs to your business
Operators enter and control the resident information in their account. EasyPath stores and processes it only to provide the service. Features that share resident information with anyone outside your staff, such as the family portal and probation reports, are controlled by you and are gated on the consent flags you record.
Where your data lives
EasyPath runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit, and each business's data is isolated from every other business's.
The service sends operational email such as payment receipts, notifications you turn on, and account messages. We do not send marketing email to residents.
Keeping and deleting data
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can export residents, payments, and charges to CSV at any time from the Reports section. To delete your account and its data, email support@easypathrecovery.com and we will take care of it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly in the app before the change takes effect. Questions: support@easypathrecovery.com
