The service

EasyPath is web software that helps sober living home operators manage houses, beds, residents, billing records, testing logs, check-ins, documents, and related operations. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe and give staff access only through their own accounts and permissions. You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts.

Your data is yours

Everything you enter belongs to your business. We process it only to provide the service. You can export residents, payments, and charges to CSV at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. You are responsible for obtaining any consents and meeting any legal obligations that apply to the resident information you collect and share, including releases of information for family and supervision contacts.

What EasyPath is not

EasyPath is an operations tool. It is not an electronic health record, it does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice, and it does not make your home compliant with any law or certification on its own. Operators remain responsible for how their home is run.

Pricing

EasyPath costs $49 per month or $449 per year, flat, with unlimited houses, residents, and staff. The first month is free and no card is required to start. There are no setup fees or hidden fees. If pricing ever changes, you will be told clearly and in advance, and it will never change mid-term.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Paid time runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your data before, during, or after cancellation.

Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep EasyPath fast and available, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so plainly in the app before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by California law. Questions: support@easypathrecovery.com
